How does the white-label app store work?
We provide a fully managed catalog of premium applications. As an agent (reseller), you can browse our catalog, purchase plans at wholesale prices, and then rebrand and sell those applications to your own clients at any retail price you choose. You keep 100% of the margins.
Do I need any technical knowledge to get started?
Absolutely not. Our platform is completely "no-code" for resellers. We handle all the server setup, application deployment, database management, and ongoing maintenance. All you need to do is configure your branding and point your domain name.
Can I use my own custom domain?
Yes! Every application plan you purchase includes the ability to map your own custom domain (e.g., app.youragency.com). We even automatically provision free SSL certificates for all custom domains to ensure they remain secure.
Who handles customer support?
As a white-label reseller, you are the face of the brand, so you will provide tier 1 support directly to your own end-users. However, if you run into any technical bugs or platform-level issues, our expert engineering team provides you with dedicated tier 2 support.
What happens if an application goes down?
We offer a 99.9% uptime guarantee. Our infrastructure is built on highly available, auto-scaling cloud servers with 24/7 monitoring. If there is ever an issue, our automated systems instantly page our on-call engineers to resolve it immediately, often before you or your customers even notice.
How are payments and billing handled?
You pay us a fixed wholesale subscription fee for the application plans you purchase. You are responsible for billing your own clients using your preferred payment gateway (like Stripe or PayPal). This gives you total control over your pricing and billing cycles.
Can I cancel a plan if a client leaves?
Yes, there are no long-term contracts. You can cancel an active plan at any time through your Agent Portal. The application will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle, and you will not be billed for it again.
